We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand and United States, however if you require our products to be sent to another country, please contact us for a quote. For more information, please read our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

When sourcing ingredients from around the world, where possible, we choose certified organic. You can see these on our ingredient lists highlighted with an asterisk (*). There is no compromise on the ingredients we use and we are very generous with the amount of active and organic ingredients in our products.

Majority of our products are vegan, however if you want a product to be completely vegan, contact us and we can omit certain ingredients in these products for no extra cost. Anything that is not vegan is ethically sourced and only used when it is known to improve or help a skin condition. None of our products are tested on animals. The non-vegan ingredients we use in our products are:

• Medical honey (found in the face mask, coffee scrub and eczema creme)
• Collagen (found in sensitive moisturiser, normal/dry moisturiser, anti-age moisturiser and anti-age eye crème). Note that our oil-free moisturiser is vegan.

All of our products are gluten free. If you have an allergy or intolerance, please contact us and we will seek to make you a product that will meet your skin needs. Because these products are tailor made, you may have to wait a little longer for them to be formulated.

Most skin types fall into 5 to categories, which are: Normal, Combination, Sensitive, Oily, and Dry skin. We wrote an article (read here) explaining each of these skin types. Some of our products, such as our moisturiser, cleanser and toner, are formulated specifically for these different skin types. When purchasing these products please select your skin type from the selection available. If you have any more queries about your skin type, please contact us.

Yes. We use a very small percentage (typically under 0.5 percent) of fragrant oils and/or essential oils in some of our products. Our body products, which include our coffee scrub, body butter and lotion, contain fragrant oils (also listed as “Fragrance” or “essential oils”). Our fragrant oils are all Phthalate-free and are a mixture composed of essential oils, synthetic aroma chemicals, and aromatic resins .Occasionally people can experience reactions to both synthetic fragrances and essential oils, so we always recommend you try a small amount of any product first.

Although allergic reactions to our products are rare, if you think you have suffered an allergic reaction, please stop using the product. It is possible to be allergic to anything natural, including essential oils and other natural ingredients. If you suspect you have a sensitivity we would strongly recommend you test a small amount of any new product on the inside of your elbow for body product your jaw line for face products. If you experience any redness or uncomfortable and consistent tingling, please contact us.

We use peptides in our serum and anti-age eye products for their profound results! Peptides are chains of amino acids that are the building blocks of proteins in the skin. When peptides form a long chain of amino acids, they become proteins. When they are in a short chain of amino acids, they are able to penetrate the top layer of our skin and send signals to our cells to let them know how to function. One important protein in our skin is collagen. Collagen gives our skin its thickness and suppleness. When collagen breaks down in the skin (from age and environmental factors like the sun and stress), wrinkles form. Peptides applied topically to the skin can send a signal to collagen to prompt the formation of new collagen, and voila, you have the appearance of more youthful, supple skin.
