If a product is damaged upon opening, please notify us and return the product for a replacement or refund. Refunds will be given once the product/s has been returned.

All products must be returned within 30 days of receiving them. Postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the product you received is in error. The product/s must be packaged and sent in a padded bag/box to ensure safe arrival.

If you are unhappy with the product/s that you have purchased, please contact us and give us some feedback.  We value your opinion and will seek to resolve any issues with utmost care.

Although our products are safe and natural there may be some instances where people may have an allergy to certain natural ingredients. Therefore you must test patch new products on a small area of your skin before applying the full amount.
